Jodi Jesser

Dessa Watson-Ferris is a Senior Paralegal with over 30 years of legal experience in commercial and probate litigation as well as family law. She assists the Firm’s attorneys and Senior Trial Paralegals in all stages of the legal process including trial preparation and special complex organizational projects. She is also the Firm’s billing consultant/analyst ensuring compliance with over 10 national and international insurance companies’ guidelines as part of this Firm’s Insurance Defense practice. Dessa graduated magna cum laude with a BA in French and a minor in Russian Area Studies from Southern Methodist University. She has appeared in court as lead trial paralegal at the probate, county, district, and federal levels. In addition to her extensive paralegal experience, Dessa worked for over six years as Court Coordinator for the Hon. Merrill Hartman in the 192nd Civil District Court of Dallas County.
