Jodi Jesser

Jodi Jesser is a Senior Trial Paralegal with more than 30 years of legal experience in the areas of complex commercial litigation, aviation, and intellectual property law. Jodi assists the Firm’s attorneys in representing clients in state and federal courts throughout the United States. She has significant experience in all phases of litigation including large document management projects. She brings to Cunningham Swaim decades of hands-on knowledge in how to best serve our clients’ needs throughout every stage of the legal process. This has proven invaluable to our clients, both here and abroad. In addition to spending more than 30 years assisting counsel with all aspects of trial preparation, Jodi has served as the lead paralegal in over 25 trials with more than 150 days in the courtroom.
