Bryan S. David has over 20 years of experience in aviation litigation. His practice focuses on complex and high-stakes commercial, wrongful-death, and personal-injury claims arising throughout the United States and across the globe. He has represented large airframe and component manufacturers, aircraft owners and operators, pilots, airlines, airports (and practically everyone else in between) in litigation involving all manner of aircraft from hot air balloons to military attack helicopters.
Mr. David is a licensed Commercial Pilot for Single and Multi-Engine Land Aircraft. He has an Instrument Rating for Single and Multi-Engine Land Aircraft, and he is a Certified Flight Instructor. Mr. David is a former aerobatics pilot. He is a past President of the Flying Aggies flight club and past member of the Oklahoma State University competitive flight team.
